About 3LP

RCNA's Life Long Learning Program (3LP) is the premier online learning platform for nursing professionals. The program allows you to take an active role in planning, accessing and recording continuing professional development (CPD).

3LP provides you with a record of CPD you have undertaken, as required under the National Registration and Accreditation Scheme for Health Professions, for annual renewal of registration.

By using 3LP, you are able to:

• develop a learning plan
• access a large variety of RCNA quality assured learning activities and resources that relate to your learning plan, no matter where you are located or when you are able to have access
• provide evidence of active learning through the attribution of RCNA Continuing Nurse Education (RCNA CNE) points and completion of reflective entries for all CPD activities you complete
• create and maintain your CV
• communicate with colleagues on professional issues and access discussion boards
